Biographical Info Francie Grace's giclée print originals are alive with bright colors, poignant shadows, occasional bursts of words and phrases, moments of joy, humor, reflection and inspiration, and above all, emotion. Francie is an artist, writer and journalist and has had her art selected for juried shows in New York City and Connecticut. Exhibitions include the 2023 CAWCT-sponsored Human Connection exhibit in Danbury; the Bendheim Gallery 2018-2022 Art to the Avenue preview shows in Greenwich (CT); vendor at the 2022 Wilton (CT) Summer Sidewalk Festival and at art exhibits in 2020 and 2021 in New Canaan; exhibiting artist in the Wilton (CT) Arts Council Focus '20 Photography Show; 2019-2023 Carriage Barn Arts Center exhibits in New Canaan (CT) including their Artist Talks discussion series; the Summer Shows (2016 - 2023) in Wilton; a 2018 exhibit at the Ridgefield (CT) Playhouse; a 2018 solo show in Danbury as part of the Cultural Alliance of Western Connecticut's Accessible Artists program; a 2017 Brooklyn Waterfront Artists Coalition exhibit; and a 2016 exhibit at the Maritime Garage Gallery in Norwalk (CT). Francie is also the creator of custom art inspired by individual lives, and, collectible art mugs (available at Teespring.com/stores/francie-grace-art). She is currently working on a series of books of poems, photographs and art, beginning with a salute to New Yorkers and the city they call home.
