Twinkle twinkle little star… children wonder what you are. Planets, stars and all the other heavenly bodies are a constant source of fascination. What do they do? Where are they? What are they made of?

Families with children in Grades K-3 are invited to join us at the Ridgefield Library on Saturday, March 9th at 10:30 AM as The Stargazers’ Apprentice brings the answers to many of these questions about our Universe. This musical, comical, astronomical review uses songs, stories, interactive demonstrations and puppetry to introduce young stargazers to their place in the Universe. Topics covered include our star the Sun, our solar system, the night sky, constellations and the nature of stars.
