This free interactive webinar supports arts managers in planning for the future of their organizations through the lens of safety and resiliency. Participants will survey and discuss local social and cultural reactions to the COVID-19 pandemic, then create a custom plan of action for staff and other stakeholders to be engaged in recovery and preparedness moving forward. The one-hour free webinar is instructor-led with open discussion throughout to allow for questions, shared ideas, and healing.
