Grants for Arts Projects
Grants for Arts Projects is our largest grants program for organizations, providing comprehensive and expansive funding opportunities for communities. Through project-based funding, the program supports opportunities for public engagement with the arts and arts education, for the integration of the arts with strategies promoting the health and well-being of people and communities, and for the improvement of overall capacity and capabilities within the arts sector.

Our Town
Our Town is our creative placemaking grants program, using arts, culture, and design to strengthen communities and advance local priorities such as health, community development, environment/climate, and public safety, among other community issues and aspirations.

Join the NEA on Monday, June 5th at 4pm ET for an informational session specifically for tribes and Native serving organizations considering applying for an NEA grant. NEA program staff will provide an overview of funding opportunities and share details about grant application guidelines, the application process, and how tribes and Native serving organizations can approach these funding streams. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session.
