The opening night reception is included in ticket prices of $45 and $60. The pre-show is from 5:00PM – 6:00PM and includes one of a kind photo opportunities with Nutcracker ballet characters, a complimentary glass of champagne, tasty treats by the bite provided by Chef Michael Bick and a raffle!

Show only tickets at the price of $30 will grant entry ONLY to the performance of The Nutcracker. Doors to the lobby will open at 6:00PM and The Nutcracker performance begins at 6:30PM.

This year we’re kicking off the Nutcracker’s annual residency with a special opening night for our patrons. Pre-show revelers will enjoy holiday decorations and music, one of kind photo opportunities with Nutcracker ballet characters, a complimentary glass of champagne, silent auction items and tasty treats by the bite. Afterwards, you’ll be treated to 2023’s opening night performance of what has become one of our most popular annual shows, The Nutcracker.

Add a touch of magic to your holiday season!  Visions of sugar plums will dance across the stage as the Ridgefield Conservatory of Dance presents Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker, under the direction of Mary Beth Hansohn. In a magical land where sugarplums dance and flowers waltz to tell the classic tale of a young girl and her Nutcracker Prince, Tchaikovsky’s soaring score, graceful ballerinas, wooden soldiers who come to life and a bigger-than-life Christmas tree will make the holidays bright for young and old!  Invite your friends and family to see these young dancers create the magical world of Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker from The Dance of the Sugarplum Fairies to the Grand Pas de Deux!
