Join us on Sunday, March 3rd from 12 noon – 3 pm for our Charcoal Self Portraits One-Day Workshop with Lilah Heyman.

This is an introduction to portraiture through self portraits. Students will create a charcoal self portrait drawing from life using mirrors. Self portraits allow the artist to explore their own identity and human experience while learning fundamental art skills. When creating these portraits, students will learn about facial structure and proportion, tonal value, building form with shadow and light.
