“Between The Notes” at The Trailer Box Project, Bethel Ct

“Between The Notes” Features the photography of Michael Bram and Cathy Vanaria, with sculpture by Bob Keating. Michael Bram from Westchester County New York is a touring drummer who works with the Weight Band, Jason Mraz and various other artists. He has taken to photography and his subject matter is the musicans he has worked with and images of his travels.
Cathy Vanaria has a series of Rock n Roll photos she refers as the Boston years. Rock performances from the audience perspective. She is a professor of photography at WCSU and recently held the position Dept. Chair for the Art school. Cathy with her husband Mark Savoia own and operate Still River Edition/ Connecticut Pohtographic in Danbury.
Sculptor Bob Keating has been an very active exhibiting artist across the region. He lives in Southbury.
There will be a live musical performance by Lys Guillorn and The Void Kittens.
Lys Guillorn & The Void Kittens is a three-piece indie rock band fronted by Shelton singer-songwriter/guitarist/multi-instrumentalist and stylistic shape-shifter Lys Guillorn, with Eric Bloomquist (Chica Non Grata, Bronson Rock) on bass, and Peter Riccio (The Sawtelles, GoBruCcio) on drums. Winner of CT Now’s Best of Hartford 2018 Readers Poll for Best Singer-Songwriter, Guillorn has two full-length studio records of original material, a collection of covers and compilation tracks, and a couple of EPs and singles on Little Cowgirl Records. Their most recent single is called “Dolores & I,” released on the 2020 compilation Waiting on a Sunrise Vol. 1.
