Artists Randy Carboni and Alison Booth will exhibit their artworks for a group exhibition titled: “The Expressive Paintings of Randy Carboni and Alison Booth” on view at the Ridgefield Library from August 30th through October 9th.

Randy Carboni depicts a wide range of subjects and works in a fluid style with ink and watercolor. He has been on the board of the Ridgefield Guild of Artists and a member of the Ridgefield Arts Council. (Pictured artwork: Kangaroo, by Randy Carboni)

Alison Booth, a Taiwanese-American visual artist and art teacher, was born and raised in New York City. As a painter, she attempts to use color in her representational artworks .to convey emotions, both positive and negative.  She believes art making is an ever-evolving way of seeing and creating. She received her Master of Art in Teaching Fine Art (PreK-12) in 2023.
