The Connecticut Choral Society, led by Conductor and Artistic Director Eric Dale Knapp, is a critically acclaimed auditioned ensemble accompanied by professional soloists and orchestra. We are known for our high musical performance standards, outstanding contribution to the arts, and community outreach through benefit concerts. The mission of the Connecticut Choral Society is to stimulate greater appreciation and enjoyment of classical and contemporary choral music for both singers and listeners by bringing beautiful and inspiring works to local audiences in western Connecticut. Our repertoire features a variety of choral music, from Monteverdi to Mozart and Faure to Forrest.
