Metalsmithing/Jewelry

Lori Meehan, the metalsmith and designer behind LMM Design, creates handcrafted jewelry using 24K gold, fine silver, silver, copper, and gemstones. Looking for a creative release while working in the hectic NYC television industry, she discovered the art of making jewelry. A few years later her love (addiction) for working with metal began. Much of her creativity and designs are inspired by geometric patterns and nature. Says Lori, “I enjoy the process of taking a flat piece of metal or a straight piece of wire and creating shapes, forms, textures and sculptures.”
