Biographical Info Elisabeth has been a Fine Art Photographer for over 30 years. In 2004 Elisabeth was recognized as one of the Northeast United States’ Best Emerging Artists through the Radius Competition sponsored by the Aldrich Museum of Contemporary Art & The Ridgefield Guild of Artists. Elisabeth’s upcoming Ripples Show at Mothership Café this December will mark her 10th Solo Exhibition. Elisabeth has also shown her work at the Mary Daly Gallery at Mercy by the Sea in Madison, CT, Bethel ArtSpace, the Aldrich Museum, Ridgefield Guild of Artists, Rockland Center For The Arts (West Nyack, NY), Norman Rockwell Museum (Stockbridge, MA), and Brookfield Craft Center (Brookfield, CT), among other venues. Elisabeth's is the creator and instructor of the original workshop series entitled "Zen & The Art of Seeing: Photography As Meditation." The Series seeks to expand students' knowledge of the Craft of Photography while also introducing Photography as a tool for developing an increased Level of Mindfulness & expansion of the Connection to Nature and the Divine. Many past participants have described this workshop as "Life Changing." Elisabeth’s online presence is expanding rapidly as Instagram and Facebook Users discover her rich and diverse images. Elisabeth’s Photography has also been published in print media by the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Rockland Journal News, Ridgefield Press, Bethel Magazine (now defunct), and the Danbury News Times, among others. Elisabeth is the author and illustrator of “Growing Up Through The Cracks: An Odyssey into Intentional Eco-Community”(1993.) She also regularly contributes work for charitable purposes and sales of her original “Kindness Bumper Sticker” has raised several hundred dollars to date for The United Nations World Food Program. Elisabeth’s Artwork is held in numerous private collections throughout the U.S. as well as Canada, South America, and Australia.
