We are thrilled to offer both in-person and virtual opportunities for leadership development through two exciting programs – one for music school leaders & administrators, and one for young professionals. These programs will allow participants to:
- connect and learn from experts in the field as well as from each other’s experience;
- participate in hands-on workshops and explore case studies of real world issues faced by the music community;
- discuss opportunities and challenges presented by the ever-evolving arts ecosystem;
- enhance individual leadership effectiveness and develop new perspectives, skills and tools to grow in your current role or move up to the next level.
