Western CT Youth Orchestra announces a call for auditions for its 2023-2024 Season. Applications for its Symphony Orchestra, String Orchestra and Wind Ensemble are now open and auditions are scheduled for June 6, 7, and 8, 2023.  Student musicians, their parents or guardians, and music teachers are invited to learn more about WCYO at the Open Rehearsal on April 27th.  For the String Orchestra, stop in anytime between 5pm and 6pm, for the Wind Ensemble, anytime between 7pm and 8:15pm and for the Symphony Orchestra anytime from 6pm to 8pm. Musicians may bring their instrument and sit-in or simply observe and speak with the conductors during breaks. Event will take place in the music wing of Scotts Ridge Middle School, 750 North Salem Rd, Ridgefield, CT.
