Troublemakers in Trousers: Family-Friendly Book Discussion with Sarah Albee

Did you know it was against French law for women to wear pants until 2013? 

Join the Ridgefield Library on Wednesday, November 9th at 6:00 pm in welcoming renowned non-fiction author Sarah Albee as she discusses her new book Troublemakers in Trousers. This family event is open to everyone interested in the topics of fashion, women’s rights, history, or writing for children and teens. While this is a book geared for grades 3-8, it appeals to teens and adults in its approachable, bite-sized stories that inform and enlighten.

Books on the Common will sell copies of Albee’s new book and her talk will be followed by a meet & greet and signing.

Registration is not required. but encouraged to ensure enough seating and materials. REGISTER
