The Connecticut Choral Society and Trinity Episcopal Church invite you to a benefit concert for Newtown Youth & Family Services, featuring John Rutter’s Mass of the Children on  Saturday, June 10th, at 7:30 pm at Trinity Episcopal Church in Newtown.  This special event aims to bring the community together through the power of music and support the important work of Newtown Youth & Family Services in providing mental health and counseling services to the youth and families of the Newtown, CT community.

Under the direction of Eric Dale Knapp, the Connecticut Choral Society will be joined by the festival chorus and these very talented artists: Jennifer Sisco, soprano ~ Nina Porretta, soloist ~ Daisy Lowe, soprano ~ Peter Kendall Clark, baritone ~ Miriam Liske-Doorandish, cello ~ Linda Sweetman-Waters, organ. Singers and choirs from across Western Connecticut are invited to sing as part of the festival chorus as we present music of hope for a brighter tomorrow.
