CAWCT was awarded one of CT Humanities Capacity, Planning, and Implementation Grants for School District, a feature-length documentary film.
School District observes Connecticut’s Stamford Public Schools’ staff and students during the 2020-2021 academic year. A poignant reminder of the fundamental role public education plays in our society, the film encourages a more grounded and informed dialogue about America’s schools toward enriching the national conversation about the future of education. The anticipated release date is January 2023 via festivals, theaters, broadcast and educational/community screenings.
