AMERICANS FOR THE ARTS LAUNCHES 2021 ARTS & CULTURAL EQUITY STUDIO

Americans for the Arts announces the launch of a three-part professional development collection designed for emerging arts and culture leaders to dive deep into topics relevant to cultural equity in arts administration and career advancement. Arts & Cultural Equity Studio (ACES) offers attendees insights into various professional journeys in the arts sector and some of the paths that have led to leadership roles in the field.

These moderated sessions center the experiences of arts leaders of color navigating the field. Speakers will discuss some of the challenges they have faced and provide advice for emerging leaders interested in pursuing roles in arts marketing, community programming, and cultural philanthropy.
