Call for Artists for Third-Space Danbury!

The Cultural Alliance of Western Connecticut, in partnership with Third-Space Danbury, invites artists to propose designs for a large outdoor mural at Rogers Park, themed “Roots and Wings: A Celebration of Community.” This project allows artists to leave a lasting impact on the community, with a stipend of up to $4,500 for the 20′ x 8′ mural.

Join Us May 3rd and May 10th Third Space Danbury Volunteer Days!

We’ll be working together to prepare the site for our new garden, plant larger plants and over 500 native plugs, install fencing, set up the new Little Library, and more. These events are a great opportunity to connect with fellow community members and make a tangible difference in our shared spaces.

Visit "Legacy Threads" at Danbury Fair!

On April 24th, we had a fantastic day at Danbury Fair Mall celebrating Legacy Threads with our amazing community. We unveiled two stunning public art murals that vividly represent the rich history of the historic Danbury Fair. The Cultural Alliance is excited to partner with Danbury Fair on these incredible artworks. We encourage you to visit and see them for yourself! The murals are located outside near Barnes and Noble. Take photos and tag us to let us know you were there!
